Enquire first — no payment commitment
Choose your tour and scheduled departure, number of travellers and room preference. Tell us about extra accommodation before or after the tour and any requirements. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking or commit you to payment.
Your full itemised quotation
We check guide, vehicle and accommodation availability personally. Scheduled departure dates are available to request; a date is not guaranteed until we confirm your arrangements in writing. This includes checking resources where tour schedules overlap.
Your quotation lists the tour, departure date, travellers, accommodation, room supplement, any extra nights, total price, inclusions and exclusions. Published prices are land-only; international flights are arranged separately.
Deposit and confirmation
A 20% deposit of your confirmed quotation secures your tour booking once arrangements are confirmed and you accept the quotation. No deposit is collected when you submit the enquiry form.
Balance payment, cancellations and refunds
The balance-payment deadline and the applicable cancellation, refund and any deposit conditions will be supplied with your written quotation before you accept or pay. Please read them and ask us to clarify anything before proceeding. No fixed cancellation charge or non-refundable deposit condition is stated on this page.
Extra accommodation and day trips
Extra nights before or after your tour and single rooms are quoted subject to availability. For day trips, include your preferred date and hotel or meeting point; we confirm the route, transport, inclusions and payment arrangements in your quotation.
Itinerary and wildlife
Birds are wild and sightings cannot be guaranteed. Itinerary order may change because of weather, roads, river or ferry conditions, access, bird activity or local operational requirements. Please tell us about walking or mobility requirements in your initial enquiry.
